Fourteen individuals from the Roma and Egyptian minorities have been employed as guards or cleaners, marking a significant step in their integration into the labor market. This achievement is part of the Inclusive EduJobs project’s effort to increase employment opportunities through the Community Work Scheme.
The project supports Qendra Treja in implementing the initiative “Community Work Program – non-formal employed to formal”, helping participants gain professional experience, develop workplace skills, and access stable employment opportunities.
