After a long period of unemployment, Besnik Rapushi secured a stable job that matches his skills and provides a steady income for his family, thanks to AKPA’s community employment program and the support of the Municipality of Vlora, within the framework of the Inclusive EduJobs project.

Besnik began working along Lungomare in Vlora, in an open and healthy environment, enjoying positive relationships with colleagues while contributing to his family’s financial stability.

Most importantly, Besnik enjoys his work, feels valued for his contribution, and is encouraged to see that other members of the Roma and Egyptian communities are also integrating successfully into society.

The Inclusive EduJobs project is implemented by the Open Society Foundation for Albania (OSFA), the Municipality of Tirana, and KMOP – Centre for Social Action and Innovation, and is funded by the European Union.
