Community Empowerment and Organizing (CEO) focuses on increasing inclusion and improving school outcomes for children from Roma and Egyptian minorities. Supported by grants from Inclusive EduJobs – Albania, the project works to enhance the capacities of schools in using technology in teaching.
Building the capacities of pedagogical staff complements the direct investment of Inclusive EduJobs in digital ICT equipment for schools with the largest presence of Roma and Egyptian children.
Beyond technology, the project implements a new approach that mentors mothers of children to become active participants in their children’s educational journey. As part of this effort, CEO conducted a round of consultations with mothers, gathering valuable insights on their main needs and concerns to ensure effective support for both children and families.
