The Inclusive EduJobs – Albania project, funded by the European Union, envisions the empowerment of Roma and Egyptian communities through sustainable employment and inclusive education.
Implemented by the Open Society Foundation for Albania, in collaboration with KMOP and the Municipality of Tirana, the project seeks to strengthen cooperation among municipalities, NGOs, and state bodies in the execution of the National Action Plan for the Inclusion of Roma and Egyptians. Ensuring the sustainability of community investments requires concrete policies and active engagement at the decision-making level.
Since its inception, Inclusive EduJobs – Albania has served as a forum for broad consultations, bringing together policymakers, field organizations, and community members to discuss strategies for inclusion. Looking ahead, the project aims to establish a Platform of Constructive Engagement, connecting institutions and communities through regular meetings to ensure ongoing dialogue and collaboration.
