Developed within the framework of the Inclusive EduJobs project and supported by the European Union, this collection highlights the life-changing impact of inclusive employment and education initiatives, particularly for Roma and Egyptian communities in Albania.
Through this booklet, readers will explore how these objectives have translated into real-world successes. Each story represents the power of collaboration, empowerment, and inclusive opportunity.
In addition to sharing these achievements, the booklet includes recommendations for scaling and replicating the approaches that have proven effective. It aims to inspire policymakers, practitioners, educators, and community leaders to adopt similar inclusive strategies and invest in the potential of marginalized communities.

Capacity Building for Government Agencies
Training Programme for Municipalities
This is a training programme in order to address the specific gaps and challenges identified during the needs assessment with the staff of the Municipality of Tirana. The aim is to strengthen the capacities of the Municipality of Tirana in effectively managing IPA III funds and promoting social inclusion, particularly in education and employment for the Roma and Egyptian communities.
Report on Lessons Learned and Recommendations
KMOP prepared a report on lessons learned and recommendations. The report analyses the key lessons, challenges encountered, and best practices identified throughout the implementation of Work Package 4 (WP4). Drawing on participant feedback, facilitator observations, and evaluation data, it provides valuable insights to inform future capacity-building initiatives targeting Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), Municipalities, and Governmental Agencies engaged in promoting inclusive employment and education for Roma and Egyptian (R/E) communities in Albania. The report has been published on the project website, making these findings accessible to all stakeholders.
