As part of the #InclusiveEduJobs project, an initiative was implemented in the Municipality of Vlora to promote inclusive education for students from the Roma and Egyptian communities through blended learning and active parental involvement.
By working closely with teachers, parents, and educational institutions, the project developed informative materials and brochures covering:

Ways to monitor children’s progress at school and at home

The importance of continuous communication between school and family

The role of parents in building self-confidence and improving academic performance
This initiative strengthened the connection between school, family, and community, contributing to a more supportive, safe, and motivating environment for every child.
The photos were taken during the accredited teacher training organized as part of the project, with participating teachers receiving certification.
The project is implemented by the Open Society Foundation for Albania (OSFA), the Municipality of Tirana, and KMOP – Centre for Social Action and Innovation, and funded by the European Union.
