Fourteen individuals from the Roma and Egyptian minorities have joined the Community Public Work program with the support of AKPA. Participants will be engaged in the maintenance and cleaning of community centers and markets.
For a period of 12 months, eight men and six women will receive financial support through the project “Community Work Program – non-formal employed to formal”, implemented as part of the Inclusive EduJobs project funded by the European Union.
Community Work is one of the six support schemes of Inclusive EduJobs, an initiative that is planned to expand to three municipalities across the country, promoting employment opportunities and social inclusion for Roma and Egyptian communities.
