Wishing everyone a successful school year, the Municipality of Shkodër is implementing the project “Employment and Learning for Social Inclusion” in cooperation with the Open Society Foundation for Albania (OSFA) and with funding from the European Union. The project focuses on supporting the Roma and Egyptian communities.
Through this program, 30 students from the nine-year schools Liria, Ali Lacej, Pashko Vasa, and Isuf Tabaku will receive monthly scholarships for a period of 10 months. To further support Roma and Egyptian families, school supplies including backpacks, books, and accessories were distributed for the 2024–2025 school year.
This initiative helps promote educational inclusion and ensures that students from marginalized communities have the tools and support they need to succeed.
