The Psycho-Social Center Vatra has launched a new cycle of “Employment Counseling” with 15 representatives from the Roma and Egyptian communities, aimed at preparing participants to enter the labor market as employees or self-employed individuals.
During this counseling cycle, participants will gain essential skills needed for success, tailored to their individual development plans, ensuring that each person is equipped to navigate employment opportunities effectively.
This activity is implemented under the project “Self-employment of Roma and Egyptian women and men in the Municipality of Vlora”, financially supported by the Open Society Foundation for Albania.
