Fifteen young people from the Roma community in Tirana participated in workshops during September and October.
The trainings prepared participants in business management, start-up planning, and marketing strategies, equipping them with the skills to launch entrepreneurial initiatives. At the conclusion of the program, eight young participants will have the opportunity to be employed in the social enterprise “Music Studio” at the Institute of Romani Culture in Albania (IRCA).
Stay tuned as a series of activities continues to empower young Roma by developing their musical and professional skills.
The RomART project is implemented by IRCA with support from Inclusive EduJobs – Albania, funded by the European Union, and executed by the Open Society Foundation for Albania in collaboration with the Municipality of Tirana and KMOP.
